The mini-portrait series features the work of a Benesh Notator during the last year. The aim of this series is to show the great variety of work notator can do as well as highlighting the work of many great individuals

Freelance Notator/ choreologist and mother of two children aged 5 & 7
Full time Benesh course at the Benesh Institute 1996/97, A.I chor ’97
Here are Mayumi’s projects she has work on during the last year:

  • Notating Akram Khan’s “Giselle”  -English National Ballet
  • Teaching Mary Skeaping “Giselle”  – English National Ballet
  • Teaching children in Peter Wrights’s “Nutcracker ” – The Royal Ballet
  • Teaching Dame Monica Masons production of “Les Sylphides” – The Royal Ballet School
