I’m very pleased to announce that the Royal Opera House will be hosting a Benesh Notation Insight evening on Wednesday the 31st of October 2018 at 7.30pm.
The complete in house team of The Royal Ballet Benesh Choreologists will be present: Senior Benesh Choreologist and Head of Benesh International Anna Trévien as well as full time Benesh Choreologists Grégory Mislin & Lorraine Gregory. This is a wonderful opportunity to find out why The Royal Ballet uses Benesh Movement Notation and how Notators are involved during creations and re-staging of choreographic works.
You will also have to chance to see Royal Ballet dancers being taught an extract of repertoire from a Benesh notation score.
Warning! These events tend to sell out fast as the the number of seats are limited in the Clore Studio.
